• Help coordinate all needs related to Flight Service recruitment and onboarding for incoming Flight Service team members
• The role is a part of the Flight Service Recruitment and Onboarding team within our Flight Service group.

• Arrange Transportation Requests with Aries Shuttle
• Create Daily Candidate Interview Rosters
• Maintain all Flight Service Recruitment Procedures up to date
• Process Travel and Hotel Accommodations for Internal and External Candidates
• Upload Daily Candidate Interviewee List for Security Badge Access
• Assist Managers on the Team with additional Administrative or Operational Tasks
• Manage Various Administrative Functions in Comply365
• Conducting virtual Sessions for trainees

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (primarily with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word)
